With 35 years of experience as a beauty professional, my journey has been a rich tapestry, marked by evolving industry trends and a vast collection of resources. My wealth of experience positions me as a valuable guide for others in the dynamic beauty landscape. Through the years my observation highlights a crucial gap in the industry, where many young beauty professionals and salon/spa owners lack accessible platforms for guidance on success, proper business management tools, and affordable legal aspects to assist them in starting, growing and maintaining their businesses. My initiative with jRiche Beauty Society aims to address this need by providing a valuable resource and community for navigating the evolving industry scene.
